Fat Girl Mentality is a fitness and wellness community based in Orlando, Florida, committed to empowering individuals to embrace their bodies and love themselves at every stage of their fitness journey. We offer dance fitness events that are fun and welcoming, custom workout apparel that fits and flatters everybody, and support groups that provide a safe and encouraging environment.
